Sales Operations Associate

Role Summary

The Sales Operations role supports the sales OPS team by managing processes, data, reporting, coordination, and system efficiency. The objective is to improve the productivity, ensure smooth execution of sales activities, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales ops team with daily operational activities
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails with clients for follow-ups, coordination, and basic queries
• Assist with order processing, documentation, and follow-ups
• Ensure timely communication between Sales, Tech team, Finance, and Operations

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience handling professional phone calls and email communication with clients
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Support
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in customer interaction and follow-ups over calls
