Sales Operations Associate / Senior Associate

Qualification & Eligibility

  • Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in Sales Operations / CRM Operations
  • Experience working in B2B Ed-Tech, Schools/Institutions, or Inside Sales environments preferred Startup experience is an added advantage
  • Experience with CRM tools like Lead Square (LSQ) and calling platforms highly preferred

Skill Sets:

  • Hands-on experience in SaaS Tools(workflows, automations, lead management)
  • Working knowledge of calling software for inbound & outbound calling operations
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL (basic queries for data fetching and data audits)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards) Ability to manage lead filtration, validation, segmentation, and prioritization
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve CRM or calling software issues quickly
  • Good understanding of sales funnels, lead lifecycle, and call-center KPIs
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize CRM including lead stages, automations, segmentation, and data hygiene. Oversee lead filtration and validation to ensure high-quality leads move through the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and manage calling software performance — call routing, agent allocation, call logs, and system uptime.
  • Perform data extraction using SQL, run audits, and prepare MIS reports in Excel/ G-Sheets.
  • Create dashboards to track pipeline health, lead movement, call performance, and sales KPIs.
  • Provide daily support to sales teams by ensuring proper lead allocation and preventing lead leakage.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve CRM issues, software errors, data sync failures, or workflow breakdowns.
  • Coordinate with Tech/IT teams to escalate and close high-priority operational issues.
  • Conduct regular process audits and improve sales workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide insights to leadership to improve productivity, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
