Indian Electricals Pune One Stop Power House Sales Operations Executive About Indian Electricals Indian Electricals is a trusted supplier to real estate builders and contractors, known for reliability, strong product knowledge, and a relationship-driven approach. We are building a young, dynamic sales team to support our growing operations. Role Overview You will be a motivated, growth-oriented Quotation & Billing Executive supporting our sales team. This sales-backend focused role involves working directly with the Sales Head and is crucial for ensuring smooth coordination with builders, contractors, and site teams. There is a clear path for career growth into the Sales Department, making it ideal for someone seeking hands-on exposure and long-term development opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Prepare accurate quotations based on enquiries from builders and contractors - Share revised quotes, pricing updates, and product options as required by the sales team - Create invoices, delivery challans, and related documents in Tally - Maintain customer databases, pricing structures, and project-wise requirements - Follow up on pending quotations and track conversions - Assist in setting up and maintaining a CRM for sales monitoring - Support trading operations, including order booking and coordinating with purchase/dispatch - Update product lists, specifications, and pricing when required - Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all billing and sales activities Requirements - 1-3 years of experience in a trading or distribution company (preferred) - Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP - Prior experience in quotation making and billing - Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and trading processes - Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn - Strong communication, follow-up skills, and coordination ability - Should already know electrical products or be willing to get trained - Young, energetic, ambitious mindset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person Indian Electricals Pune One Stop Power House Sales Operations Executive About Indian Electricals Indian Electricals is a trusted supplier to real estate builders and contractors, known for reliability, strong product knowledge, and a relationship-driven approach.
