Job Title: Sales Officer (SO) / Senior Sales Officer (SSO) / Sales Manager (SM) Secured LAP Location: Jaitaran/Jalore /Sujangarh /Salumbar /Barmer / Kuchaman/Fatehnagar Sikar/Beawar / Renwal /Bali/Jaipur /Jodhpur / Ajmer /Sumerpur/Jaitaran / Kekri Department: Secured Loans LAP (Loan Against Property) Key Responsibilities: Business Sourcing: Source LAP (Loan Against Property) business through open market channels direct sourcing, connectors, builders, and property consultants. Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers. Conduct field visits to understand customer requirements and explain product offerings. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals. Ensure excellent customer service and post-sale support. Credit and Documentation: Collect and verify required documents as per company policies. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing of files. Market Intelligence: Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing. Provide feedback to product and credit teams on market requirements. Target Achievement: Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets. Drive profitability while maintaining portfolio quality. Team Collaboration (for SM Role): Manage and guide a small team of SOs/SSOs (if applicable). Monitor performance, provide training and motivation.
