Relationship Manager- LAP

Job Title:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager LAP to drive business growth through the acquisition and servicing of customers in need of Loan Against Property products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of secured lending, relationship management, and credit analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:

• Source new customers through cold calling, referrals, and channel partners.
  
• Identify potential clients for LAP through open market.
  
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
  

• Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
  
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  

• Loan Processing:

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely processing of applications.
  
• Assist clients in documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  
• Follow up on loan disbursements and post-disbursement servicing.
  

• Market Intelligence:

• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
  
• Provide feedback to the product team for enhancements.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree
  
• 2+ years of experience in LAP sales or secured lending.
  
• Strong understanding of LAP products, underwriting norms, and local market.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to working with NBFCs, banks, or housing finance companies.
• Experience with both residential and commercial property-backed lending.
