Role & responsibilities

  • Reach out to leads

    through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to explain courses and clarify doubts.
  • Understand the students/parents needs

    and recommend the right program based on their goals.
  • Deliver product demos/counselling sessions

    and convert prospects into paid customers.
  • Follow up regularly

    with interested leads to close sales within the given timelines.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets

    and maintain accurate records in CRM.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior experience

    in EdTech, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, or B2C sales.
  • Strong communication skills

    in English + regional language.
  • Goal-oriented & target-driven

    mindset with ability to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable with weekend working

    (week off on weekdays if required).
  • Tech-savvy

    , quick learner, and able to explain products clearly to parents/students.
  • Immediate joiners

    preferred.
