We are seeking a proactive Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students, understand their academic needs, and support them in choosing the right program. The role involves student counseling, lead management, and achieving monthly enrollment targets.
A short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students and counsel them on suitable programs based on their goals
Convert inquiries into admissions by clearly explaining course details and enrollment steps
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets
Communicate with students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online sessions
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure smooth conversions
Update all student interactions, records, and progress details accurately in the CRM
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to deliver a seamless admission experience

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and guide them effectively
Target-driven with consistent follow-up discipline
Proficiency in CRM tools and digital communication platforms
Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
