The Sales Officer position at SkyRoots Ventures LLP is a mid-level, full-time role based in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will drive sales strategies to expand the outreach of our healthy food products, nurture customer relationships, and contribute significantly to our mission of supporting healthy lifestyles in the FMCG - Food sector.


Candidates must be residing in Navi Mumbai only to be considered for this position.


  • Experience Required

    - 4-6yrs


  • Qualifications and Skills

  Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and qualifying sales leads to maximize business growth and territory development.

  Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Strong ability to develop, nurture, and sustain long-term customer relationships for continued business engagement.

  Presentation Skills (Mandatory skill): Adept at delivering compelling sales presentations to stakeholders, key accounts, and potential clients effectively.

  Negotiation: Proven capability to negotiate terms and close deals that are beneficial for both company and clients, ensuring high conversion rate.

  Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of gluten-free and healthy food products, able to confidently answer queries and solve customer concerns.

  Channel Sales: Practical experience in managing sales through distributors, retailers, and other channel partners to optimize product reach.

  Target Orientation: Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding ambitious sales targets within stipulated timelines.

  Account Management: Ability to manage key accounts, monitor performance, and execute plans to foster account growth and retention over time.


  • Roles and Responsibilities

  Drive all sales activities in the designated Mumbai Suburban and Mumbai territory to achieve sales objectives and increase market share.

  Identify and establish relationships with prospective clients, including distributors, retailers, and institutional partners for business expansion.

  Maintain and strengthen ongoing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

  Present SkyRoots’ range of gluten-free food products in meetings, trade shows, and client visits to promote the brand and generate new leads.

  Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements aligned with company policy and client needs for mutual business growth.

  Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives.

  Ensure timely execution of channel sales programs and promotions to improve product visibility and boost channel partner performance.

  Collaborate with the internal team to provide feedback from the market, support product development, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
