We are expanding our B2B sales team in Delhi and Bengaluru, and are looking for candidates who come from an FMCG or medical/diagnostics background and who are eager to drive growth in enterprise/industrial markets.

What youll be doing

• Identify, prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts (food processors, commercial labs, diagnostics centres, export units) in your region.
  
• Generate new business leads, qualify them and convert to orders while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  
• Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation product presentation/demonstration commercial negotiation closing handover for implementation or delivery.
  
• Work closely with internal technical teams, product specialists and service/support teams to ensure client requirements are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, and feed insights back to marketing/product management to refine our offering.
  
• Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, forecast, achievements and key learnings.
  
• Travel within region as needed, attend industry events, trade-shows and client sites.
  

Who were looking for

Essential:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  
• 2-5 years of direct sales experience in the FMCG sector

  or

  medical / diagnostics / laboratory equipment / pharmaceutical sales background.
• Proven track record of B2B sales, ideally selling to industrial customers, institutional buyers or commercial labs.
  
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  
• Self-motivated, target oriented, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Comfortable travelling within the assigned region (Delhi or Bengaluru) and working in a client-facing role.
  
• Must have local networks/knowledge of the target market in the region, and ability to build new networks quickly.
  

Desirable:

• Experience in selling technical or scientific products (test kits, lab equipment) or working with food/diagnostics industry.
  
• Understanding of regulatory, certification or food-safety environment (for example ISO, HACCP, export compliance) would be a plus.
  
• Ability to articulate complex technical/product information in laymans terms.
  
• Good negotiation skills, ability to close deals and follow through until delivery/service.
