Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies:This involves creating and executing plans to achieve sales targets, identifying potential customers, and building a sales pipeline.
  • Conducting Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:Presenting products or services to potential clients, demonstrating their value, and negotiating deals.
  • Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships:Fostering strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyzing Market Trends and Competitor Activities:Staying informed about market dynamics, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Managing Marketing Campaigns:Planning, executing, and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital marketing, social media, email marketing).
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:Working with other departments like product development, customer support, and finance to ensure alignment and drive coordinated efforts.
  • Tracking and Reporting on Sales and Marketing Performance:Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing reports, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing Budgets and Resources:Overseeing the allocation of resources for sales and marketing activities and ensuring efficient spending.

  • Sales Skills: Closing deals, negotiating, building relationships, and handling objections.
  • Marketing Skills: Developing and executing marketing strategies, using digital marketing tools, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving customer issues and challenges.
  • Leadership Skills: Providing guidance and motivation to team members.
  • Project Management Skills: Planning, organizing, and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
