Sales & Marketing Manager

ILARA Resort at Tada is a peaceful, elegant retreat just minutes away from the booming SriCity industrial hub, frequented by CEOs, corporate executives, foreign delegations, and business travelers. It’s a well-rated, boutique resort known for clean comfort, warm hospitality, and proximity to key manufacturing giants.

We are now hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive who can confidently bring corporate business, events, and long-stay bookings to the property.

• Identify and approach HR managers, admin heads, and travel coordinators of companies in SriCity and Chennai
• Build corporate tie-ups, bulk stay contracts, and event bookings
• Schedule and conduct on-site property visits for decision-makers

Marketing & Visibility

• Promote the resort through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp B2B marketing
• Work with design/content teams to develop brochures, WhatsApp creatives, and event decks
• Monitor OTA listings and reviews (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc.) and improve visibility

MICE & Group Bookings

• Target offsites, workshops, board meetings, and foreign delegation visits
• Coordinate logistics for VIP guests and group stays

Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain a sales funnel: leads → conversions → feedback
• Report weekly performance and guest booking trends to the management

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel/resort sales OR freshers with strong communication and field confidence
• Fluent in English, Telugu/Tamil, and Hindi preferred
• Presentable, high-energy personality comfortable interacting with CXOs and decision-makers
• Willing to travel around SriCity, Tada, and Chennai for client meetings
• Strong on follow-ups, relationship building, and conversion
