Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager with a strong background in the hotel or retail industry. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, handling end-to-end HR operations, and cultivating a high-performance, people-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all roles (operational, managerial & support staff).
• Build strong hiring pipelines through sourcing, campus recruitment, and industry connections.
• Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Foster a positive work environment.
• Resolve grievances and build high-trust relationships across teams.

Performance Management

• Monitor the performance of the team.
• Support department heads in goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.

Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and coordinate relevant training programs.
• Lead soft-skills and compliance training for hotel/retail staff.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain HR systems and employee records (attendance, leave, payroll coordination).
• Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and discipline procedures.

Strategic HR Initiatives

• Work closely with leadership to align workforce planning with seasonal demands.
• Contribute to productivity, retention, and workforce cost control through strategic initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
