Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner Maintain accurate and updated customer records using CRM software Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments •Provide detailed information about clinic services and offers Handle patient queries and ensure timely follow-ups Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations Eligibility Criteria: •Minimum qualification 12th pass / Graduate – choose as applicable •Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English) •Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools •Previous experience in tele-calling/customer care is preferred •Pleasant personality and a customer-oriented approach Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: CRM: 4 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
