With delivery operations across the US, Dubai, and India, we empower enterprises in healthcare, manufacturing, finance, logistics, and eCommerce to streamline processes and unlock business value through intelligent automation.
As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can own and drive our overall marketing strategy with a sharp focus on supporting sales initiatives, generating qualified leads, and amplifying Auxiliobits’ brand message.

Key Responsibilities -

Strategy & Execution- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with sales goals.

- Create and run campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and nurture opportunities.

- Develop messaging and positioning for Auxiliobits’ AI & automation solutions across target industries.

Content & Digital Marketing- Drive marketing initiatives such as website updates, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and eBooks.

-Oversee and execute social media marketing (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring regular and impactful presence.

- Manage SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns to improve digital visibility.Sales Enablement & Events

- Collaborate with sales teams to create collateral, presentations, and ROI-focused content.

-Plan and execute webinars, workshops, and virtual events to engage prospects and position Auxiliobits as a thought leader.

- Support sales teams with lead generation initiatives and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).

Management & Collaboration- Act as both a strategist and hands-on contributor, executing tasks directly or managing available resources/vendors.

- Measure marketing performance using analytics, track ROI, and optimize campaigns.

- Align closely with leadership and business development teams to ensure consistency in message and goals.

Required Skills & Experience :-

5–8 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, ideally in SaaS, AI, Automation, or IT services.

Proven expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and sales-driven marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.

Ability to design and deliver webinars, product launches, and digital events.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling messaging.

Strategic thinker with the ability to also execute independently.

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, WordPress, Canva/Figma.
