Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and supporting marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and events
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Support the development of marketing content (emails, social media posts, brochures, etc.)
• Report on sales activity, market conditions, and competitor analysis regularly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or digital marketing tools is a plus
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or events as required

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, social media)
