Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales & Marketing Executive who will manage lead generation, client communication, product demonstrations, and on-ground sales. The candidate will be involved in expanding our B2B & Retail network, meeting clients/architects/designers, and driving daily business operations. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospects, follow up on leads & maintain sales pipeline Conduct product demonstrations/presentations to clients online & in person Field sales visits to retailers, interior designers, architects & B2B buyers Build and onboard new B2B stores, retail distributors & corporate clients Maintain daily sales reports & meet monthly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product dispatch & after-sales Keep track of enquiries, quotations & conversions Assist in marketing activities, exhibitions, events & brand promotions Understand product portfolio & communicate value to customers effectively Day-to-day sales operations & market intelligence feedback to management Skills & Requirements:Strong communication & negotiation skills Comfortable with phone calling & field sales Basic understanding of sales process & customer handling Ability to build and manage B2B relationships Must be self-motivated, target-oriented with a positive attitude Knowledge of textiles/home décor is a plus (not mandatory) Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM will be an advantage Two-wheeler preferred for field visits (if applicable) Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary + attractive incentives based on performance Travel & communication reimbursement (as per policy) Growth opportunity in a fast-scaling premium brand Training & support for career development Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,335.92 - ₹38,388.56 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Location: New Delhi, Delhi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
