Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Representative to promote our real estate projects, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of marketing techniques, and enthusiasm for working in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote real estate projects through online and offline marketing activities.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors.
• Handle client inquiries and provide project information with professionalism.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, property exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate and follow up on leads.
• Manage social media pages and assist in content creation for marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Maintain databases of customer information and track marketing performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing or real estate (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
