Role & responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Execute marketing campaigns: Implement field marketing plans through activities like product demonstrations, in-store promotions, and special events to drive customer engagement.

Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify trends, and analyze competitor activities.

Lead generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential customers.

Channel partner collaboration: Work with distributors, contractors, and other partners to ensure they have the resources to promote products effectively.

Sales team support: Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, providing them with necessary tools and insights.

Event coordination: Plan and execute promotional activities, trade shows, and events to promote the brand and connect with customers.

Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, gather feedback, and provide valuable insights to the company.

Reporting and performance tracking: Monitor campaign performance, gather data, and create reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
