Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Representative, your main role will be to promote and expand the reach of dosa batter packets in local retail stores and supermarkets. You will be responsible for meeting daily sales targets and building strong relationships with retailers to ensure consistent product availability and visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Convince retail general stores and supermarkets to stock and promote MANAM idli/ dosa batter. - Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets for good incentives. - Collect and share market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences. - Ensure proper product display and branding in stores. - Maintain good relationships with retailers for repeat orders and brand loyalty. - Submit daily sales and visit reports to the supervisor. - Handle product sampling, demo, and local promotions when required. - Call shop owners regularly to gather updates on product sales and strengthen client relationships. - Take initiative to increase sales volume per store by maintaining proactive client communication. Qualifications Required: - Motivated and energetic individual. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to meet sales targets and work independently. - Prior experience in sales or marketing is preferred. - Knowledge of the local retail market is a plus.
