Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Department: Sales & Business Development Industry: PET Packaging / Plastic Manufacturing Location: Bollaram Industrial Area, Hyderabad Reporting To: Business Head Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the PET packaging industry. This role involves understanding customer requirements, promoting company products, and executing marketing strategies to expand the companys market share. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic market for PET bottles, Preforms, Jars, and related packaging products. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the management. Identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential clients. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and product presentations. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications Provide feedback from clients and market to management for product development and pricing strategies. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Knowledge of PET products, plastics, or packaging industry preferred. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and market development. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred. 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the packaging or PET manufacturing industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth. Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives. Travel allowances and other benefits as per company policy.
