Role Overview : IMMEDIATE JOINER

Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain

  Zoho CRM

  , ensuring data accuracy and lead tracking.
• Create and maintain

  Excel dashboards, reports, and pivot tables

  for performance tracking and analysis.
• Generate

  qualified leads

  for the sales and marketing teams through various channels.

• Coordinate and schedule meetings

  with architects, interior designers, and other potential clients.
• Support the sales team in follow-ups, documentation, and communication.
• Maintain strong internal coordination between marketing and sales departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and assist in sales forecasting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in a sales coordination or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of

  Zoho CRM

  (mandatory).

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

  , including dashboards, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Excellent

  communication skills

  — both written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
