Our extensive network includes over 75 dealers across 50 cities in India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, developing strategies to increase sales, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote products. The role also involves visiting clients, attending industry events, and representing KASA DECOR in various capacities. Qualifications Strong business development and sales skills. Experience in client relationship management. Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in market research and analysis. Knowledge of the surface material and tiles industry is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required. Should have experience in surface industry. Must have connections with Architects & interior designer. Should have experience in B2B sales. Show more Show less
