Job Role : Digital-Product Manager Job Location : Chennai Job Mode: Work from Office Digital -Product Manager will be responsible for the development of platform plans, strategies, and tactics while executing and delivering products, features and experiences to customers and internal users. The role will need to work closely with the business, SMTs, design, and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into platform solutions driving industry leading and innovative experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage strategic product roadmap, development, launch, and marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product Supervise day-to-day product development for core Report & Search capabilities across product delivery, experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results Work closely with partner teams such as Business, Engineering, Design, Data and Customer Service to develop and execute on the product strategy and projects leveraging Agile methodologies Drive value propositions, positioning, segmentation, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as product team. Leverage data to identify the best solutions for the various client segments and drive adoption in a targeted way. Develop plans and execute functional strategies for the country, State, region, or business requiring coordination and integration across units as well as provide input into strategic decisions Develop product innovation roadmap, and address fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions. Gather market and end user feedback for enhancing proposition on an ongoing basis. Lead innovation by working with Engineering and keeping up with the latest digital technologies in the Finance and Technology industry Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations Skills & Competencies: 5+ years of Digital Product Management or relevant experience. Functional experience in digital product development of banking platforms or similar Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Demonstrated analytical and design thinking skills. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented and agile environment while having fun.

Job Title : Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) Business Practitioner Job Location: Bangalore-Indiranagar (work from office only) About the role: As the lead for business-facing adoption of our Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), you will work closely with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to bring customer data to life. Your role will focus on designing and implementing unified customer profiles, building audience segments, and setting up activation workflows that power personalized experiences across digital and offline channels. Through strong data governance and actionable insights, you will help the organization deliver more relevant, timely, and impactful customer interactions at scale. Key Responsibilities: Platform Setup Turn business needs into data models, customer profiles, and audience segments. Set up data connections from websites, apps, CRM systems, and offline sources. Define how customer data is matched and organized. Data Management Work with tech teams to bring in and check data from different sources. Create plans to make sure data is accurate and clean. Keep an eye on data speed and quality, and fix problems quickly. Audience Building & Campaign Activation Create customer groups based on behavior, demographics, and purchases. Set up systems to send these groups to marketing tools like email or ad platforms. Improve audience targeting to boost campaign results. Insights & Strategy Review how customer groups perform and suggest ways to improve. Find opportunities for personalized offers, preventing customer loss, and increasing sales. Share insights and business value with leadership. Data Privacy & Compliance Set rules for handling data safely and legally (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Keep records of how data is used and shared. Work with legal teams to ensure everything is compliant. Training & Support Create guides and training materials for marketing and analytics teams. Lead workshops and offer one-on-one help to users. Act as the go-to expert for the RTCDP platform. Innovation & Improvement Stay updated on new platform features and industry trends. Test new ideas like AI-based personalization or smart devices. Find ways to make processes faster and more efficient. Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Technology, Computer Science or related field. 3-5 years hands-on experience with a Customer Data Platform ( Adobe RTCDP, Salesforce CDP, Tealium, Segment, etc.) in a client-side role. Strong SQL proficiency and familiarity with data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes and API integrations. Demonstrated expertise in identity resolution, profile stitching and real-time data ingestion. Experience designing audience segments and activating through digital channels (adtech, email, personalization). Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, with comfort engaging at the executive level Preferred Skills & Attributes Certification in Adobe Real-Time CDP or equivalent CDP platform. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (Analytics, Target, Campaign) or parallel ecosystems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle CX). Proficiency in privacy frameworks, consent management and data governance best practices. Familiarity with tag management (Adobe Launch, Tealium iQ) and server-side data collection. Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Strong analytical mind-set, attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
