Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients and internal teams, assist in marketing activities, and play a key role in client communication and lead management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project updates and requirements.
• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
• Generate and follow up on leads via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain client databases and prepare regular reports.
• Support the sales team in proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or client servicing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
