Job Title: Sales Coordinator Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, manage sales data, assist in content and editorial activities, and support promotional initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Update the customer database and maintain accurate records. Maintain sales and collection status reports. Assist in content development and coordinate with the editorial team. Respond to customer enquiries via phone calls and emails. Manage daily postings on social media platforms. Prepare, pack, and dispatch magazines through courier or post. Fix appointments and coordinate meetings with clients. Prepare sales presentations and design EDMs (Email Direct Marketing campaigns).
