Role Overview

The ideal candidate will manage digital marketing campaigns, assist in lead generation, coordinate events, and ensure smooth booth operations during exhibitions and trade shows. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination:

• Support the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM updates

• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals

• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements on time

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility

• Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

• Run and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads & Social Media Ads)

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters

• Track and analyze digital marketing performance and share insights

Event & Booth Management:

• Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

• Manage booth setup, branding, and logistics

• Engage with visitors, capture leads, and represent the brand professionally

• Conduct post-event follow-ups and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination and digital marketing

• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media tools

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Experience in event coordination is a plus
