Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also lead sales teams, conduct training sessions, and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively
Proficiency in conducting market research and identifying sales opportunities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the safety solutions industry is a plus
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
