Sales Manager

Role Overview

As Sales Manager, you'll lead our B2B sales function, build long-term client partnerships, and turn inbound and outbound leads into repeat business. You’ll play a critical role in scaling revenue and ensuring our clients receive a seamless, high-touch experience from first call to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a results-driven B2B sales strategy
Own the sales pipeline across corporates, weddings, and hospitality clients
Generate leads through outreach, networking, and industry partnerships
Qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals
Collaborate with operations and design teams to ensure top-tier client delivery
Maintain and update CRM systems, track performance metrics, and report insights

Requirements

1-2 years of B2B sales experience (corporate, luxury, gifting, events, or lifestyle industry preferred)
Proven success in lead conversion and revenue generation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently
