✅ Key Responsibilities: Oversee the front office operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort, coordinating between housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and other departments. Train, supervise, and mentor front office staff to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and consistent service delivery. Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues effectively. Maintain records, manage billing and accounts, and ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures. Monitor inventory, supplies, and amenities ensuring readiness and cost efficiency. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve occupancy targets and promote resort services. Prepare reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review. Implement health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure guest and staff well-being. Ensure smooth coordination during events, conferences, or high-volume seasons. ✅ Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in hotel or resort operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., WINHMS, WINCLOUD, or similar). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality. Knowledge of local attractions, culture, and guest preferences is a plus. 💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹26,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
