Role Overview:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with

  travel agents, corporate clients, and event management companies

  .
• Drive

  group bookings

  and long-stay contracts to maximize revenue.
• Support and mentor the

  sales team

  to achieve individual and team targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and corporate outreach.
• Plan and execute

  corporate tie-ups, promotional events, and sales campaigns

  .
• Handle negotiations, contracts, and agreements with B2B and B2C clients.
• Collaborate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare periodic

  sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analysis

  for management.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum

  35 years of sales experience

  in the hospitality industry.
• Strong network with

  travel agents, corporates, and event planners

  in the region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking, and promotional activities.
