Job Description

As a Hotel Receptionist at our hotel in Mandrem, North Goa, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their stay. **Key Responsibilities:** - Greet guests warmly and efficiently manage check-in/check-out procedures. - Handle reservations, inquiries, phone calls, and emails with professionalism. - Coordinate effectively with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requirements. - Assist guests by providing travel information, sightseeing recommendations, and fulfilling special requests. - Maintain accurate guest records using hotel software, with a preference for WINHMS/WINCLOUD. - Address guest complaints courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Associate in a hotel is preferred. - Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. - Proficiency in hotel management software will be advantageous. - Possess a friendly and professional attitude with excellent problem-solving skills. - Willingness to work in shifts to ensure coverage during all times. This job offers a monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000, with opportunities for growth in hospitality management. Additionally, we provide meals and accommodation support for outstation candidates to enhance your overall work experience.,
