Key Responsibilities Client Interaction & Front Desk Management Greet clients with a friendly, welcoming attitude. Handle client check-ins and schedule studio sessions. Provide information about classes, instructors, packages, and studio policies. Manage walk-in inquiries and convert leads into trial/paid memberships. Communication & Coordination Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media inquiries promptly. Coordinate with trainers, management, and clients regarding class updates or changes. Maintain clear communication flow for daily studio operations. Operations & Administration Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy in studio software. Manage studio calendar, bookings, and cancellations. Oversee cleanliness of reception area and studio basic upkeep. Manage inventory (tissues, water, forms, front desk items). Support onboarding of new clients with forms, disclaimers, and package selection. Billing & Payments Handle payments through UPI, card, or cash. Prepare daily sales/payment reports. Manage package renewals, invoices, and receipts. Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Hindi. Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business). Ability to multitask and manage clients during busy hours. Positive attitude and customer-first approach. Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, fitness, or customer service preferred. Personality Fit Warm, confident, and approachable. Highly organised and punctual. Passionate about health, wellness, and client experience. Problem-solver with ability to stay calm under pressure.
