Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a City Sales Manager – Advertising. The position involves identifying and onboarding new business partners, promoting BLook's monetisation platform, and developing sales strategies tailored to local markets. The manager will establish strong relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, monitor campaign execution, and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders. Other responsibilities include meeting sales targets, aligning with teams to ensure smooth operations, and representing BLook at industry events and networking opportunities. Qualifications Sales and Client Relationship Management: Expertise in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining strong business relationships. Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and use data to drive decisions. Communication and Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and negotiate contracts confidently.
