About MarketMen

MarketMen is a 37+ year old experiential marketing & events company working across BTL activations, corporate events, exhibitions, IPs, and tech-enabled engagement formats.

We are currently in expansion mode with new verticals like MM Engage and MM Live, along with our own proprietary event & engagement software platforms.

We are looking for a strong on-field execution professional who lives and breathes events, vendors, production, and problem-solving.

Role: Senior Executive BTL & Event Production

This is a hands-on, on-ground role not a desk job.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end BTL activations & events
• Handle event production, fabrication & on-site coordination
• Manage pan-India vendor base (fabrication, AV, print, manpower, logistics)
• Prepare costings independently (not only vendor-based)
• Support MM Engage & MM Live campaigns on-ground
• Source & coordinate venues (banquets, hotels, malls, societies, grounds)
• Supervise installations, rehearsals & live execution
• Coordinate permissions, timelines & execution checklists
• Travel for events and manage teams on-site

Who Should Apply

• 48 years experience in BTL / Event Production / Activations
• Strong vendor network (Mumbai + other cities)
• Comfortable with pressure, timelines & live events
• Can manage end-to-end campaigns independently
• Ready for on-field, execution-first work culture
