About the Role

We’re looking for dynamic, street-smart Sales Executives who can sell the concept of space monetisation to space owners and advertisers.

This is a 100% field role — ideal for those who love meeting people, explaining new ideas, and closing deals.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Pitch BLook’s advertising & branding solutions to societies, shop owners, cafés, and local businesses.
• Educate stakeholders about how their spaces can earn through advertising.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through on-ground activities.
• Plan & execute campaigns like kiosks, leaflets, standees, lift branding, etc.
• Report daily visits, conversions, and feedback to your city sales manager.

Who Can Apply

• 0–3 years’ experience in field sales / B2B / advertising / activation.
• Freshers with strong communication & convincing skills are welcome.
• Should be comfortable travelling locally (2-wheeler preferred).
• Must be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about earning through performance.
