Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving the sales operations for real estate and construction projects. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team of executives, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve project sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
• Identify and build relationships with potential clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure proper documentation, agreement processing, and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure strong client retention and referrals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in real estate or construction sales.
• Experience in handling residential, commercial, or plotted development projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹238,638.97 - ₹1,162,888.09 per year
