Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue

    new business opportunities

    in target sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with

    architects, builders, corporates, schools, institutions & sports academies

    .
  • Manage the entire sales cycle

    pitches, proposals, quotations, negotiations, and deal closure

    .
  • Conduct

    market research

    to track trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to meet

    monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets

    .
  • Coordinate with

    vendors, suppliers, and operations teams

    for project execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing for

    events, exhibitions, and product promotions

    .
  • Ensure

    timely reporting, CRM updates, and sales pipeline management

    .

Candidate Profile:

  • 2–5 years of project sales experience

    (construction, interiors, sports infra preferred).
  • Strong

    network with architects, builders & corporates

    .
  • Skilled in

    lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation & deal closure

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation & market awareness

    .
  • MBA preferred

    .
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, willing to travel

    .
