We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in sports infrastructure, acoustic solutions, soft flooring, and ceiling products . The role involves business development, client relationship management, and sales execution , with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors. Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, corporates, schools, institutions & sports academies . Manage the entire sales cycle pitches, proposals, quotations, negotiations, and deal closure . Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and customer requirements. Lead and motivate sales teams to meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets . Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and operations teams for project execution. Collaborate with marketing for events, exhibitions, and product promotions . Ensure timely reporting, CRM updates, and sales pipeline management . Candidate Profile: 2–5 years of project sales experience (construction, interiors, sports infra preferred). Strong network with architects, builders & corporates . Skilled in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation & deal closure . Excellent communication, presentation & market awareness . MBA preferred . Self-motivated, target-driven, willing to travel .
