Job Description

Job Purpose:

flexible packaging inks and digital packaging ink products


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve sales targets for flexible packaging inks and digital inks across assigned territories.
  • Identify and develop new customers in flexible packaging, converters, and digital printing segments.
  • Manage and grow business with existing customers through regular visits, relationship building, and value-added solutions.
  • Understand customer needs, suggest suitable ink products, and coordinate trials, approvals, and technical support.

2. Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Explore new market segments such as food packaging, labels, and digital substrates.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, pricing benchmarking, and market intelligence reporting.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for market penetration and volume growth.
  • Work with the marketing team for promotional activities, exhibitions, and product launches.

3. Technical Support & Coordination

  • Liaise with the technical service and R&D teams for resolving product issues or developing customized solutions.
  • Ensure smooth trials, product performance validation, and feedback collection.
  • Educate customers about new products, features, and technical advantages.

4. Commercial & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts within approved guidelines.
  • Ensure timely collections and credit control management.
  • Submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Maintain accurate data on sales pipeline, inquiries, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
