Position: Sales Manager

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Department: Sales & Marketing

Qualification: Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development (preferably in the Security Services or Facility Management Industry)

About the Role:


We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Manager to join our Vapi Branch. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining client relations, and achieving branch revenue goals through consistent field activity and client engagement.



Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new business opportunities in the security and manpower outsourcing sector.

• Conduct industrial visits, client meetings, and sales presentations.

• Prepare and present rate quotations, tenders, and proposals.

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and lead tracking.

• Coordinate with the operations and billing team for service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Maintain strong client relationships for renewals and referrals.

• Follow up for timely payments and contract renewals.



Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven experience in B2B / Industrial Sales.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform under minimal supervision.

• Willingness to travel within Vapi, Valsad, and nearby industrial areas.



Salary:


💰 Negotiable (Based on experience and performance)
