The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of .NET-based applications. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers. Ensure coding standards, performance, scalability, and security best practices are followed. Review code for quality, maintainability, and performance. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile development processes. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide efficient solutions. Stay updated with the latest development trends and introduce innovations to improve application performance and team productivity. Technical Skills Required: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET , ASP.NET MVC/Web API, .NET forms Hands-on experience with Entity Framework / EF Core Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture Strong front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular/React (preferred) Proficient in working with SQL Server , writing complex queries, stored procedures Familiarity with DevOps practices , CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.) Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, etc.) Version control systems such as Git Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and team management abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and critical-thinking mindset Ability to manage priorities and multi-task across multiple projects Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
