Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Kochi / Banglore (Hybrid)

Sales Manager

What Youll Do

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and close new business opportunities in international markets.
Manage and nurture relationships with B2B and enterprise clients.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals remotely.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align client needs with our services.
Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights.

What Were Looking For

5+ years’ experience
in
ITeS or design-focused IT companies
.
Experience selling to
B2B SaaS or product-based businesses
(US, Canada, Europe).
Strong prospecting, proposal, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with tools like
HubSpot, Apollo, Notion, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
.
Proven record of
hitting and exceeding sales targets
.
Understanding of
retainer-based
or
staff augmentation
models.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing
, or related field.
