Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Build and manage a strong network of channel partners and sales associatesOn-board new associates and provide them with the necessary project training, pricing, and sales toolsDrive partner engagement through regular meetings and site visitsMonitor associate performance and help them achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsAct as a key link between Arsha s internal sales/marketing teams and external channel partnersEnsure proper communication of new project launches, offers, and inventory updates to all associatesSupport partners in lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closure of dealsMaintain and update partner information, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.Plan and execute channel partner events, reward programs, and site tours to boost engagementTrack market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunitiesEnsure transparency, professionalism, and compliance with company policies in all partner dealingsQualifications SkillsBachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field5-8 years of experience in real estateProven experience in managing associate networks and achieving sales targetsStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsIn-depth understanding of the real estate marketProficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applicationsAbility to work independently, manage multiple partners, and travel as neededJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
