What You’ll Do

As a Sales Manager at SaralTech, you will lead sales initiatives, mentor junior team members, and play a critical role in scaling our revenue. Responsibilities include:🔹 Driving B2B sales through targeted outreach and strategic planning🔹 Managing and converting inbound and outbound leads🔹 Conducting in-depth consultations to understand client pain points🔹 Creating tailored sales pitches and solution-based proposals🔹 Managing the sales cycle using CRM (we use [insert CRM or leave blank])🔹 Leading a small sales team (including interns) and reporting key KPIs🔹 Collaborating with the marketing and product teams for optimized outreach🔹 Meeting and exceeding revenue targets

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills✔ Strong leadership and team management capabilities✔ Ability to plan, execute, and scale a sales process✔ A consultative sales approach and a customer-first mindset✔ Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities✔ Freshers to 2 years of relevant experience (SaaS/IT/Tech sales preferred)
