Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of driving business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed business targets.
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
