About the Role:

Sales Manager

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Recruit & Train Sales Agents (Pan-India):

2. Identify, onboard, and train aggressive commission-based sales representatives who will introduce Discount Dost offerings to merchants in their respective regions.

3. Drive Local Merchant Sales:

4. Lead by example by directly promoting and selling Discount Dost solutions to local merchants in your own region.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving/exceeding targets.
• Experience in selecting, hiring, and retaining commission-based sales agents.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability to motivate a distributed team.
• An entrepreneurial, aggressive mindset to drive growth and establish Discount Dost as India’s leading loyalty platform.
