Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Agent Manager to oversee a team of Field Sales Agents across different cities in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the rollout of our social platform website cum app at a PAN India level. The primary objective is to onboard merchants onto our platform, enabling them to submit exclusive discount offers and reach thousands of nearby customers.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

- Oversee and manage a team of Field Sales Agents across different cities in India.

- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members meet their sales targets.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Sales:

- Identify and onboard new merchants onto our platform.

- Build relationships with merchants and negotiate terms.

- Ensure merchants understand the benefits of our platform and provide excellent customer service.

Merchant Onboarding:

- Work closely with merchants to onboard them onto our platform.

- Ensure merchants are able to effectively use our merchant dashboard to submit exclusive discount offers.

Sales Strategy:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and explore new markets.

Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor the performance of the team and individual sales agents.

- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance.

Reporting:

- Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the digital marketing or e-commerce industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and a native Indian language (preferably specific to the region they will be managing).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Language Requirements:

Fluency in English.

Proficiency in a native Indian language (such as but not limited to: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, etc.) is highly desirable, particularly relevant to the region of operation.
