SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Take charge of promoting and selling to new and existing Key Accounts across the country. Build strong customer relationships, engage with the client market, and respond to both sales and technical inquiries. Responsibilities: Drive business development through market visits, key management, project tracking, and setting new business targets to ensure consistence and strategic growth. Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, trends, competitions, and dynamics - developing feasible concepts, business strategies, and actionable plans. Monitor key projects closely to ensure Jotuns products are specified and used, contributing directly to achieving the targeted sales budget. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, expert products advice, and responsive services to meet sales and satisfaction goals. Ensure proper pricing and payment follow - up to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and achieve the desired gross margin, while coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Quality Control Specialist with 2+ years of experience in powder-specific lab operations and process compliance. Skilled in executing QC lab activities to ensure products meet all required specifications and safety standards, while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in testing and reporting. Responsibilities: Manage assigned personnel by ensuring tasks are executed efficiently, on time, and with the required quality standards. Receive and register production samples, analyze them using defined methods, and compare results against specifications. Ensure QC processes are completed promptly, issue Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and maintain proper documentation and sample storage. Inform production teams immediately about any product failures and coordinate with them to resolve quality-related issues. Conduct investigations for customer complaints, control non-conformities, monitor second-grade product usage, and implement RCA and CAPA for deviations. Maintain calibration of instruments, ensure cleanliness and safety of the working area, and track agreed KPIs for continuous improvement.
