### **Job Summary:**

The Retail Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting IRTH products, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and contributing to overall store sales. The role involves assisting customers, understanding product features, managing store operations, and maintaining brand standards.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

#### **1. Sales & Customer Service**

- Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable products.

- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage.

- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance brand loyalty.

#### **2. Store Operations**

- Ensure products are well-displayed and arranged as per IRTH merchandising guidelines.

- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash transactions accurately.

- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and stock presentation.

#### **3. Product Knowledge**

- Stay informed about all IRTH product categories and new launches.

- Explain features, materials, warranty, product care, and usage to customers.

#### **4. Customer Relationship Management**

- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.

- Capture customer details and feedback for CRM activities.

- Support in-store promotions, events, and brand campaigns.

#### **5. Inventory Management**

- Track stock levels and assist in replenishing inventory.

- Participate in stock audits and report shortages or damages.

### **Qualifications & Requirements:**

- Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

- Experience: 03 years in retail, lifestyle, accessories, or fashion industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Presentable and customer-oriented.

- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festival seasons.
