Role Summary : As Manager – Sales (Business Development), you will lead the sales function for Hyderabad region. This is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-impact partnerships, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring achievement of business targets across all forex and remittance product lines. You will play a strategic role in shaping RemitX’s presence in one of the most competitive and high-potential markets in India. Key Responsibilities : Own and drive the business development strategy for Hyderabad to meet revenue and growth targets for RemitX products – including forex cards, currency notes, student remittances, and outward transfers. Identify and develop new business verticals and strategic partnerships with educational consultants, corporates, travel companies, immigration consultants, and high-value individual clients. Lead a team of Deputy Managers and Sales Executives; monitor performance, set targets, and guide daily field activities. Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and identify trends to develop region-specific GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies. Ensure end-to-end client servicing including onboarding, KYC documentation, transaction follow-ups, and issue resolution in coordination with the operations team. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Represent RemitX at events, expos, and strategic forums to increase brand visibility and lead generation. Ensure full compliance with RBI LRS guidelines and internal risk controls. Track and report sales metrics and share regular updates with senior management. Key Skills and Qualifications : Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business; MBA preferred. 4-6 years of proven sales and business development experience in the forex, banking, financial services, or travel sector. Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams and client relationships. In-depth knowledge of forex/remittance products and RBI regulations.
